Privacy Policy
1. Who We Are
Nexus Flow is a SaaS operations intelligence platform in early access. This policy describes how we handle information submitted through our marketing website and inquiry forms. It does not cover data processing within the Nexus Flow platform itself, which is governed by customer DPAs.
2. Information We Collect
Through our website inquiry forms, we collect: name, work email, company name, phone number, team type and size, current tool stack, and a description of your operational challenge. We do not collect payment card data through this website.
3. How We Use Your Information
Inquiry information is used to respond to demo requests, schedule sales conversations, and assess fit for early access. We do not sell your information to third parties. We may share information with scheduling tools necessary to arrange demos.
4. Data Processing (Platform)
For customers using the Nexus Flow platform, data processing is governed by a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) signed at contract execution. Platform data is not commingled with marketing inquiry data. DPA terms are available on request to enterprise prospects.
5. Security
This website is served over HTTPS (TLS 1.3). Form submissions are transmitted encrypted. For platform security details, including our SOC 2 posture and encryption standards, refer to our security page or request the security overview under NDA.
6. Data Retention
Marketing inquiry records are retained for 36 months from last contact or until deletion is requested. Active customer records are retained per DPA terms.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. For GDPR/CCPA requests, contact us at the address below.
8. Cookies and Analytics
This website uses minimal, privacy-respecting analytics. We do not use third-party advertising pixels or behavioral tracking cookies on our marketing site. No fingerprinting.
